Alexandria Cooper is the Owner and Team Leader of Level Up Agent Services and has an incredible amount of passion for the real estate industry. Alexandria understands the importance of leverage and living in your strength zone. She created Level Up Agent Services, taking the 80% tasks off your plate, allowing you to do your 20%.

Alexandria has experience in many facets of real estate, having started her career in 2013 as a transaction coordinator on a top producing real estate team and going into sales in 2014. She’s managed or closed hundreds of real estate transactions! You can be assured that she is working her hardest to make your real estate transaction a WIN for both you and your clients.

Donna Wilson

Director of Operations


Donna Wilson is the Director of Operations for Level Up Agent Services. Donna has a wealth of experience managing the processes and systems that ease your way through the buying and selling process.

Donna began her real estate career in 2012 as an assistant to a busy realtor, and helped that person grow one of the top teams in the area. This experience has helped her to understand all the challenges that a buyer or seller can face, and her passion is overcoming those challenges.

Donna is the mother of three, and currently has 8 grandchildren (her favorite role in life is being Memaw!). She spends her free time with family and her houseful of pets. She loves redwoods, the ocean, painting, gardening and reading.

Specializing in design and marketing for Real Estate Professionals, Mike uses his extensive graphic design knowledge and experience to help you grow your business! He loves turning your ideas and dreams into reality and will take your Brand to a new level.

Whether he's designing a tangible item or an online graphic, Mike has the skills, programs, passion, and creativity to enhance your marketing presence. 

When he isn't living inside the world of brand creativity, he soaks up as much time outdoors as the Idaho weather allows. He loves camping, hiking, and floating the river.

Joslyn Martindale

Administrative Assistant 


Joslyn brings a true heart for service to others in all that she does. After gaining valuable industry knowledge in the real estate field, where she excelled in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals from 2017 on, she found a passion for the processes and client care that a Transaction Coordinator gets to provide. Joslyn is passionate about creating a seamless transaction by ensuring quality and care each step of the way. Her desire to provide value to her surroundings, whether it be clients, team, or family, makes her a real asset to all who know her.

Born and raised in Boise, Joslyn brings a wealth of knowledge about the area and Idaho’s real estate market. In her free time, Joslyn enjoys spending time with her family, exploring and soaking up Idaho’s beauty – often snapping photos while hiking in the foothills. She loves the Boise State Broncos football team, live music, and watching Survivor. You can often catch her camping and soaking in all of the Idaho opportunities that surround her.
